^ TERMS & CONDITIONS (2006/07)
  1. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGER FOR TOUR PACKAGES
    Minimum number of 2 adults required for FIT packages - Tours on S.I.C basis
     
  2. TOUR PACKAGE
    Contents as per described in itinerary is all Nett and non commissionable
    The above content does not include any air fare or airporttax
     
  3. DEPOSIT (GROUP)
    A deposit of 75% is required upon confirmation of booking thereafter the balance to be paid 7 days prior to group arrival.
     
  4. CANCELLATIONS
    Unless otherwise stated, once booking is confirmed, an amount of $10 per person will be charged for any cancellation.
    A 50% of contract rate will be charged if tour is cancelled less than 7 working days prior to arrival on Low Season Period and 14 working days prior to arrival on High & Peak Season Period from (20 Dec - 10 Jan 07)
    In the event of no show, full contract rate will be charged. All property specific policies are based on working day (Mon-Fri)
     
  5. UNUSED SERVICES
    No refund will be given for any unused services.
     
  6. PAYMENT
    Full tour payment strictly to be paid in advance or on arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.

  7. VALIDITY
    The above is valid with immediate effect t ill - 31 March 2007 subject to rooms availability.
     
  8. LIABILITY
    Batravco Prima Ltd (Bali) acts only in the capacity as an agent for hotels, transportation companies and all other suppliers engaged the operation of providing various services requested. It shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident , changes in schedule arising from factors within or beyond our control.
