BomdelLIng / Chorten Kora  

Drive to Chorten Kora for three kilometers from Tashiyangtse. Start walking to the north of chorten Kora for one and half hour to reach Bomdelling. Bomdelling is the roosting place of rare black-necked cranes, which migrate from Tibetan plateaus to escape the harsh winter conditions

SHAKSHING GOEMBA  

After a drive of about 1 and half hr from Trashigang, you reach a village called Tshangkhar. From this village the hike to Shakshing Goemba takes about one and half hour (Round trip 3 hr). The Goemba is one of the oldest temple built by Terton Pema Lingpa in the 14th century and was handed over to Ani Chhorten Zangmo who is daughter of the second reincarnation of the Terton. It is a nice place for one day camping.
